Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Admit Card Issuance, Regional Portals & Exam Day Protocols 2026
The Staff Selection Commission conducts pan-India recruitment examinations for central ministries, departments, and subordinate offices. Candidate entry to designated examination venues is strictly regulated through officially gazetted e-Admit Cards (Hall Tickets) and preliminary Exam City Intimation Slips issued through nine administrative regional directorates across the country.
Region-Wise Hall Ticket Download
Candidates can download admit cards via their respective regional portals (NR New Delhi, CR Prayagraj, ER Kolkata, WR Mumbai, SR Chennai, KKR Bengaluru, MPR Raipur, NWR Chandigarh, NER Guwahati) using Registration ID/Roll No and Date of Birth.
City Intimation Slip vs. Admit Card
Exam City Intimation Slips are released 10â14 days prior to inform candidates of their exam city, shift, and date for travel planning. Complete e-Admit Cards with exact venue address and reporting times are released 3â4 days before the exam.
Mandatory Photo ID & Photographs
Candidates must carry at least 2 original passport-size colored photographs and a valid government photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN, Driving Licence, or Passport) with identical Date of Birth matching the admit card.
Biometrics & Attendance Security
Digital thumb impression scanning and live webcam facial photograph capture are mandatory at exam entrance checkpoints. The invigilator-stamped candidate commission copy must be preserved safely for subsequent selection tiers.
